Connection to Equity

Empathy is an important factor when it comes to equity, since it fosters perspective-taking, which is crucial in creating more inclusive environments. Building opportunities for students to develop their empathetic skills can support both learning conditions in the classroom as well as life skills your students can take out of the classroom.
