The Recovery to Reinvention Playbook is a resource to help schools develop a re-entry plan for the fall. Specifically, this playbook is designed to help schools plan for ways to reinvent aspects of school design to move towards more equitable experiences and outcomes for all students.
The playbook walks school teams through two phases:
- Laying the foundation by grounding your vision, constraints, and guiding principles for planning, as well as establishing your Recovery Leadership Team
- Completing 8 key components of your plan for the coming school year
As we move from recovery to reinvention, intentional design will be key in making sure that change not only happens but is also sustained.
